America West Realty is a locally owned and operated real estate company that was started by Stephen Parks, Jr., in 1999 to represent buyers and sellers in South West Montana.

Collectively we offer over 20 years of experience in new construction, residential, land and commercial real estate.

Service, loyalty, honesty and integrity are our core values. We are committed to providing our clients with outstanding service. Real estate is a relationship oriented business, which makes it imperative to us that we gain your trust in our work and provide you with an experience that will make our business relationship with you a lasting one.

Steve was raised in Lafayette, California where he became a fourth generation realtor after graduating from University of the Pacific in 1989. His grandfather started Harry A. Parks, Inc., a successful real estate company in Oakland, CA in 1948. Steve soon moved to Walnut Creek, California to work for Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Real Estate for 8 years specializing in commercial leasing, build-to-suit and sales transactions in the North San Francisco Bay area.

In 1996 Steve moved to Twin Bridges, Montana to be near his family’s ranch and enjoy the wonderful outdoor activities that the area has to offer. He received his Montana Real Estate Broker’s license in 1997 and moved to Bozeman where he started Frontier Financial Services, a mortgage company, which he operated for five years. He went on to start America West Real Estate and Parks Builders, Inc., both based in Bozeman. He specializes in commercial real estate, residential and builds custom homes in Bozeman.

Steve is a big supporter of the Bozeman Hawks, Montana State University and the Youth Empowerment program. When he is not working, you can find him fly-fishing, skiing or hunting. He is an avid outdoorsman and still enjoys the family ranch in the Ruby Valley. He stays busy with his wife Lynnell, raising three boys in Bozeman.

Colleen was raised in Wyoming, but fell in love with Montana when she went to Montana State University.

After a 20-year career in television and radio broadcasting, she chose to get back to her roots as a second-generation realtor.

Colleen married a Bozeman native, who builds custom homes, and is happily raising 2 girls and a boy. The family is outdoors whenever possible, enjoying camping, skiing, watersports, and fishing.

We never miss an MSU game, and Colleen has worked with Big Brother/Big Sister, CASA, and many other non-profits in her spare time.
